Bradley Weiss: Bradley Weiss is a 30-year veteran of banking, real estate finance and investment management. Mr. Weiss is the head of Grove Gate, where he focuses on real estate investment banking, financial institution advisory, special servicing/debt restructuring, asset management services and principal investing activities.  Mr. Weiss owns and operates several companies and investment funds, including mortgage lending, real estate service and asset management firms. Mr. Weiss and his companies have acquired, originated, underwritten, serviced and managed loan and CRE assets of over $3 billion. Mr. Weiss was also the co-founder and managing principal of CSW Associates, a national provider of real estate, mortgage, asset management and advisory services specializing in non-performing loans and real estate. When he sold the company, it had grown to over 200 employees in seven regional offices and was one of the largest asset managers to the RTC, FDIC and institutional investors.

Mr. Weiss has significant institutional client experience with banks, government agencies, opportunity funds and bankruptcy trustees. His experience includes a broad range of asset classes and he has played key roles in the valuation, structuring, acquisition, disposition and capitalization of banks and bank assets on behalf of both government agencies and investor groups. Mr. Weiss served on the Board of Directors of BankUnited, a publicly held, Florida-based bank, where he also chaired the bank’s real estate advisory committee and served on the audit and corporate governance committees. 

Mr. Weiss is a CPA (formerly with Arthur Andersen & Co) and holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida.

Steve Doan: Steven Doan is a founding principal and managing director of Grove Gate Lender Services.  With over 30 years in banking and loan servicing, Mr. Doan was one of the founding members of a privately held loan servicing company, Consumer Asset Management, where he held key executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Technology Officer and President. Under Mr. Doan’s guidance, the company at its peak serviced in excess of $1 billion of a broad range of loans for banks and private investors. During his long and extensive career, Mr. Doan has serviced essentially every type of loan and receivable, from origination through collection and payoff or disposition.  

Mr. Doan is well respected in the industry and is frequently called upon to provide consulting and advisory services by banks and others needing assistance in creating, improving and trouble-shooting their servicing platforms. 

Ryan Attenson: is a Managing Director of Grove Gate Mortgage Income Fund, LLC; where he oversees the strategic vision while focusing on business development, transactional execution and investor relations.  He has over 35 years of experience in the mortgage banking and financial arena. He has closed north of a Billion dollars of commercial and residential mortgage transactions; has traded mortgage backed and government securities on “Wall Street,” and once owned a successful mortgage banking company for over 18 years. Ryan also is certified as an Extended Disc communications instructor, and sits on the board of Jewish Family Services for Broward County. He is a graduate and scholarship award winner of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. When not working Ryan can be found working out, playing golf, or spending time with his wife and family.
